International Shipping - If you are outside the UK but would like to purchase some of our decorations, please do contact us and we can see what we can do.

International Shipping - Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive item

We do not take responsibility for any duty charges at your end

Domestic Shipping

We ship orders 1-4 business days after an order is placed as all our decorations are handmade and we need to make them. Shipping includes tracking information and delivery confirmation.

General Return Policy

We accept returns in case you:

Ordered wrong item

Unhappy with your order

You have 7 days to return your item. After 7 days we are not accepting returns and there is no refund. Make sure that the item is not damaged and well packed before sending it back, otherwise, you will not get a full refund

We do not cover return shipping fees

Received damaged item

In case the box was not damaged but items came damaged please send photos to our email xldecorations@gmail.com

We recommend refusing a damaged parcel from the courier

Requests can be made via email. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to XL Decorations within 7 days of receipt receiving the items. Otherwise, no refunds will be applied. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods as proof.

Refunds

Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of us receiving your return.
