General Return Policy
We accept returns in case if you:
- Ordered wrong item
- Unhappy with your order
You have 5 days to return your item. After 5 days we are not accepting returns and there is no refund. Make sure that the item is not damaged and well packed before sending it back, otherwise, you will not get a full refund
We do not cover return shipping fees
- Received damaged item
In case the box was not damaged but items came damaged please send photos to our email xldecorations@gmail.com
We recommend refusing a damaged parcel from the courier
Requests can be made via email. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to XL Decorations within 7 days of receipt receiving the items. Otherwise, no refunds will be applied. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods as proof.
Refunds
Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of us receiving your return.
We do not cover return shipping fees
Digital files: There is no refund for digital files
